Report damages or discrepancies within 24 hours
Unclaimed packages will be returned after 7 days
5.4 Failed Deliveries
Couriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times
Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts
Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery are non-refundable

Courier strikes or service disruptions
Power outages or internet failures
