  • Sourced from reputable suppliers

4. ORDERING & PAYMENT

4.1 Order Process

  • Orders are subject to availability and confirmation

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason

  • Order confirmation does not guarantee product availability

  • Minimum order amounts may apply for certain delivery areas

  • Bulk orders may require advance notice

4.2 Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

  • GCash

  • PayMaya

  • Bank Transfer (BDO, BPI, Metrobank)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) for qualified orders

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

5.1 Delivery Coverage

  • Metro Manila: 2-3 business days

  • Provincial areas: 5-7 business days

  • Remote areas: May have longer delivery times (7-14 days)

  • Islands and far-flung areas subject to courier availability

5.2 Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping for orders above PHP 2,000

  • Standard rates apply for orders below PHP 2,000

  • Rates vary by location, weight, and delivery speed

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout

5.3 Delivery Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and complete delivery information

  • Someone must be available to receive the package

  • Document package condition upon receipt (photo/video recommended)

  • Report damages or discrepancies within 24 hours

  • Unclaimed packages will be returned after 7 days

5.4 Failed Deliveries

  • Couriers will attempt delivery 2-3 times

  • Additional fees may apply for re-delivery attempts

  • Packages returned to sender due to failed delivery are non-refundable

  • Customer is responsible for new shipping costs

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Returns require photo/video documentation taken upon delivery

  • Report issues within 24 hours of receipt

  • No returns for change of mind or pet preferences

  • Damaged items will be replaced or refunded

  • Exchanges available for defective products (subject to stock)

7. PRODUCT USAGE & SAFETY

7.1 Customer Responsibilities

  • Keep products away from children unless specified as safe

  • Monitor pets during first use of any new product

  • Discontinue use immediately if adverse reactions occur

  • Consult a veterinarian if your pet has pre-existing health conditions

7.2 ScandiPets is NOT Liable For:

  • Improper product usage or storage

  • Allergic reactions not previously disclosed or known

  • Pet preferences, rejections, or behavioral issues

  • Storage outside recommended temperature/conditions

  • Use on pets with undisclosed medical conditions

7.3 Product Recommendations

  • We provide general guidance based on our experience

  • Always consult your veterinarian for medical advice

  • Individual results may vary

  • We cannot guarantee specific outcomes

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on www.scandipets.com including but not limited to:

  • Logo, branding, and trademarks

  • Product descriptions and copy

  • Images, videos, and graphics

  • Website design and layout

  • Blog posts and articles

Are the exclusive property of ScandiPets Enterprise and protected under:

  • Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293)

  • Copyright and trademark laws

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1 ScandiPets Enterprise is NOT liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions)

  • Third-party courier delays, damages, or loss

  • Website downtime or technical issues

  • Unauthorized account access due to weak passwords

9.2 Maximum Liability

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.

10. PRIVACY & DATA PROTECTION

15. FORCE MAJEURE

ScandiPets is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters (typhoons, earthquakes, floods)

  • Pandemics or health emergencies

  • Government restrictions or lockdowns

  • Courier strikes or service disruptions

  • Power outages or internet failures

16. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated Effective Date.

Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
