How Recurring Payments Work

When you subscribe, here's what happens:

📅 Automatic Billing

Your selected payment method (GCash, PayMaya, or Bank Transfer) will be charged automatically based on your chosen delivery schedule.

📧 Pre-Delivery Reminder

You'll receive an email 3 days before each scheduled delivery with:

  • Order details and total amount

  • Expected delivery date

  • Option to skip or modify

💳 Secure Processing

Payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We never store your GCash PIN, bank passwords, or sensitive payment credentials.

📦 Automatic Shipment

Once payment is confirmed, your order ships immediately. You'll receive tracking information via SMS and email.

Payment Methods for Subscriptions

We accept the following for recurring payments:

💰 GCash – Automatic debit from your GCash wallet

💰 PayMaya – Automatic charge to your linked PayMaya account

💰 Bank Transfer – Auto-debit from your linked bank account

Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for subscription orders.

Subscription Terms

By enrolling in our Subscribe & Save program, you agree to:

  • Recurring Charges: You authorize ScandiPets to charge your selected payment method automatically at your chosen delivery frequency until you cancel.

  • Price Changes: Subscription prices are locked at the time of enrollment. If prices change, we'll notify you via email at least 7 days in advance before applying new rates.

  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we'll attempt to process it again within 24 hours. If it fails twice, your subscription will be paused, and you'll be notified via email and SMS.

  • Modification Rights: We reserve the right to modify subscription terms with 30 days' notice. You can cancel at any time before changes take effect.

  • Product Availability: If a subscribed product is out of stock, we'll notify you and offer alternatives or skip that delivery.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel with one click from your account dashboard. No fees, no questions asked.

What if I miss the reminder email?

Your order will still process as scheduled. You can modify or skip orders directly from your account at any time (up to 2 days before delivery).

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, update your address in your account settings. Changes apply to future deliveries.

What if my payment fails?

We'll send you an email and SMS notification. Update your payment method within 48 hours to avoid subscription pause.

Do I get free shipping?

Yes! All subscription orders qualify for free shipping regardless of order amount.

Can I try it for just one month?

Absolutely. Subscribe, receive your first delivery, and cancel before the next billing cycle if you change your mind.
